Recently we had Ms Wrack teach our writing lesson. We watched some videos on Anzac Day. We had to use our sense to imagine as if we were there on the actual battlefield. I imagined as if I was a soldier helping my allies.
Wow! What an amazing piece of writing. I agree with Rose, it's filled with brilliant adjectives and the sentence about wondering if you are going to reunite with your family really hit home for me. Family is very precious and to think about losing them or not seeing them again is very sad.
