Aloha everyone, my name is Skyla and I am a Year 8 attending Glen Taylor School. I am Maori, Nz European, German and Spanish. I am a ambivert at times but I try to be as loud and confident as much as possible. I am the only child out of my family but I love everyone dearly.I believe I am at good at reading and writing and average at math. I enjoy listening to different genres of music and love to read. My challenges in life and at school is mostly math and sometimes writing. My goals for this year is to be more confident at school and at home, get accepted into one of my ideal colleges and become better in all subject areas.I am looking forward to gaining new friendships, experiencing new subjects and many other things. Someone that inspires me is my cousin. He has taught me that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it and not to let others bad opinions get to you. I am excited to share my learning everyone to the world and meet others.

In cybersmart, we have been looking at blogs and adding quality blog comments.A quality blog comment must be POSITIVE,THOUGHTFUL & HELPFUL.A quality blog comment must have a compliment, feedback and a question if u have one.We have been drafting our own comments and publishing them on peoples blog post.We have used screencastify, to share our comments and explain how they are POSITIVE,THOUGHTFUl & HELPFUL. Kia Ora, and hello. My name is Skyla and I’m 10 years of age.I attend at Glen Taylor School.I am in room 10 and my teacher is Mrs Faalili. Some of the things I like to do are eating, sleeping, drawing, playing sports, playing the piano, guitar, ukulele and more. I am European and New Zealand.My favourite sports are soccer and basketball. I’m the highest in my reading in class. I really enjoy doing new challenges.My goals and challenges for this year is to look after my Chromebook and get better in my subjects.I’m looking forward to my new blog experience and also teaching others how to be a blogger.
